I just don't see Kadri being moved, not without us giving up what we did to rid of Monahan. And that would be the worst things, paying double to rid Monahan and then Kadri. We are better off letting the cap rise, then justifying to other teams in a few years that Kadri's cap hit isn't as bad anymore and can still play middle 6 C. I think he is fine being here though. I don't see the harm in keeping him, especially since Backlund is the more tradeable asset. You're going to get more for Backlund with a year left than paying for Kadri to get off the team.
