Go listen to Marc Savard talking about creating a environment that players won't want to go home.
Lots of people have talked about how much fun the players will have with him.
It's not just fun though but a style that preaches speed and offence and being responsible when you have that opportunity that you will back check and play hard in your own zone.

Saying one thing and then doing one thing are two totally different things. i am sure no coach says I going to make this a miserable time for the players and have them hating everything.
Also saying they will create something and having the players able to do that is also something completely different.
If you wanted to be excited go ahead but for me I see no reason to be.
