This..., If we hitch our wagonn to another expensive contract and they play poorly we are to be handcuffed. I think acquiring Nylander is falling into the Treliving way of overpaying entitlment players that quit when they get here rather than earn their contracts. Heck we don't even know if Huberdeau has the ability to drive the team bus and get them moving forward or if he is just a complementary player. Let's say we bring Nylander in and he wants to be "that guy" suddenly egos are clashing and the teams not getting along. I would rather wait, see if this team is serious about competing before adding players or we might be wasting long term goals for a new set of handcuffs.
