Any deal with Toronto, as much as I do not want the Flames to do it, becomes better later in the summer. How long is Samsonov going to wait to sign a contract? There are a lot of variables going on for Toronto. Calgary in an absolute squeeze can be cap compliant with a 12 forward, 7 dman, 2 goalie roster right now. Only one of the two teams is actually under any kind of cap pressure. Toronto needs to move out 2.2 million to be cap compliant and that would be with Murray as their goalie.
