The urban sprawl is a good point, as mentioned above. One more reason to quit building those massive outdoor mall complexes... such a waste of space. But, that is a rant for another day.

NO wonder it is so bad now, they likely have NO schedule!
So that schedule (I seem to remember) worked OK. The real question then is, what do they do now? I have a distinct impression of it being better back 4-5 or more years ago.
