The whole ethos of the Calgary Flames is what's broken here, and I genuinely do not understand what they're trying so desperately to cling to, from a purely competitive standpoint. The only conclusion I'm left to make is that it's not about being competitive, it's about Edwards wanting the best chance to line his own pockets with 2 or 3 extra home games every year.
