Plug him into the top 6 on a weak team and he puts up 30-40 points I’m sure, but ultimately we’ve seen plenty of these types of players come in for a year or two, hang around for a little while when they’re done in some place like Arizona or Columbus, and then disappear to the KHL.
Maybe I’m wrong and he totally blows everyone away, but I’m gonna take the under on that one. He’s a guy who fills your roster and that’s about it. Not someone you have to pretend you’re thrilled to get back for your leading scorer.

Well that was certainly a more level headed opinion of the trade then the fire truck / lip stick nonsense.
If we kept posts about substance and analysis and not belittling those that disagree it would be a better site.
