That’s fair and I’ve acknowledged that. It’s possible this was the best he could get. I am just making some assumptions based on the context and my understanding of deal making in my career, etc. I suspect he could have pressed for more. Again by the looks of general internet consensus I am thinking a lot of people would agree with me from a “fair value” perspective.
