the depth of this draft is amazing.
Barlow, from everything I've read is exactly the kind of leader the Flames need...his skating isn't elite, but reasonable - that can improved though...elite shot.
I'd definitely be happy with this pick...but there's a number of guys that could be available at that pick: Yager, Honzek, Danielson, Benson, Wallinder, Pellikka, Wood Perrault...in another draft these kids are probably top ten players.
I'd love for Brindley or Cristall to fall to Calgary at 48... wishful thinking, but maybe Calgary will get lucky
