Plug him into the top 6 on a weak team and he puts up 30-40 points I’m sure, but ultimately we’ve seen plenty of these types of players come in for a year or two, hang around for a little while when they’re done in some place like Arizona or Columbus, and then disappear to the KHL.
Maybe I’m wrong and he totally blows everyone away, but I’m gonna take the under on that one. He’s a guy who fills your roster and that’s about it. Not someone you have to pretend you’re thrilled to get back for your leading scorer.

In what universe does this guy have anything in common with Dawes or Comeau? Neither of them had career projections, goal or point totals anywhere close to Sharang.
It’s complete and utter nonsense to compare them.
