I (unfortunately) think there's a very realistic scenario where in the next couple of days we just have made the draft picks we already have, and haven't traded anyone.
And next week we see an extension for Lindholm.
Sometime this summer we see Toffoli & Hanifin traded for future picks & prospects.
Backlund & Tanev get traded to contenders at the deadline.
Not to be debbie downer but I think it's probably more likely (and more boring) for the above to happen than to see multiple Flames traded in the next couple days.
Hopefully we see some moves though because that's just not as exciting. |
Yeah some variation of this is how I see it playing out as well. We might get one trade tomorrow but I doubt we see the huge blowup.
Just not the flames way.
They probably don't even know what direction they're going in yet.
