There is only one reason to grab Duclair - if he makes Huberdeau feel better so his Huberdeau's numbers can rebound.
Duclair has always been fairly decent at putting up numbers, but has never been a guy an organization wants to keep. Health issues too. I just don't see him as a piece that has any value, unless he is the 'cap hit' that has to go the other way.
Also, I would prefer the Flames not trade with and help Florida improve since we have one of their future first-round picks.
