I'm seriously nervous about the next couple of weeks. I like Conroy, and I think under normal circumstances and a regular off-season scenario he'd be fine, but he's being thrust into managing a crisis and doing his best to get prime assets back from other GM's that know he's just starting out in the job and hasn't yet got his feet wet.

I really hope he's leaning on Maloney and Nonis right now. He needs their experience to know what's a good deal and what's not.
