This team has never and will never commit to a full rebuild. The mantra is always "get whomever we can afford and tell them to pack a lunch, cause all the fans want is a hard-working, blue collar team that will try to get as close to the playoffs as possible."
This org doesn't stock up on picks and prospects. They swap, replace and keep grinding.
