Well, they will generally distribute toward the public good moreso than an individual who just passes it onto their kid.
Governments fund infrastructure, education, healthcare, national parks, defense, etc. There is always going to be waste in government, but I doubt Tony the billionaire's kid, Jeff, is going to do anything better with it, so yeah, I'd like to see it go toward the greater good.
Sure, $10 million. Sure, $1 million. It's the principle we're talking about and not necessarily the specific amounts.
