I think things will heat up next week as it pertains to the key 3-4 free agents. There is no pressure today but will there be pressure Tuesday-Tuesday on the eve of the draft and 3 days into unrestricted free agency?
I am excited if all 3 players move on and I am ready to retool this team or rebuild if necessary. I agree it is really tough to see this team being competitive if they lose Lindholm and Backlund but we also don’t know who they are getting back in trade so we can’t be certain how competitive this team could be next year.
