If for some reason Bedard said no way to the Hawks I feel like it would be a toss up between Arizona and Anaheim on who could put together the best package. Either Fantilli and MacTavish for Arizona it could be Cooley + 6th overall + 12th overall. Maybe more from both sides but I couldn’t see that being topped.

You basically need a team who has been tanking and has a bunch of prospects on ELC’s. Picks from the 21,22,23 drafts.
