Duclair makes $3M next year and missed 62 games this last season. Other than the year before where he had 58pts he has only topped 40 one other time. Hanifin is far more proven and if they were making a swap with a Florida player it would likely be Reinhart who would come back in my opinion who has really sold numbers the last 2 years and also entering the last year of his deal.
Ultimately I don’t want a Reinhart or Nylander for Hanifin and think the Flames need to target young pieces or picks.
