After that, they can live and work literally anywhere in the world they want to. Tkachuk, who is a bonafide star was about to sign a massive contract either way, has different considerations than Zadorov, who is a #4/5 d-man.
Tkachuk was the darling of the market and had options. Zadorov should be going for any kind of stability he can find. Zadorov's priorities should not be weather.
