The thoughts that we shouldn't pay Lindholm a big contract to extend because of his age at the end of the contract makes no sense. Yet some have no problem paying Huberdeau 10.5 and he'll be the same age as Lindy when his contract ends. Lindholm is a known, Huberdeau is a gamble.

Unless Huberdeau has a couple of great years, this is basically an untradable contract. It's already a commitment. Lindholm is potentially a new untradable contract. Big risk here IMO.
