But in terms of legal, traditional media? No dice. On one hand, it is a shame that matches like this can't be broadcast to the largest possible audience. On the other, OneSoccer / MediaPro invested in soccer in this country when nobody else would, so I'm alright with them holding the rights now that things are more in demand.
A win-win would be a sub-license to TSN, SN, or even CBC. Maybe one day.

It's worth noting that those networks only paid onesoccer for the sublicense after the qualifying campaign became too big to ignore, I think it wasn't until the edmonton games that sportsnet picked it up?
Shame that the nation's league final is such a quick event, there's no chance to build any momentum with the casuals (which is pretty par for the course with the national program)

These guys come in and it’s always a nice polite one. You serve them because you dont want to cause a scene. And then they become a regular and after awhile they bring a friend. And that dude is cool too.
And THEY bring friends and they stop being cool and then you realize, oh, this is a Nazi bar now. And its too late because they’re entrenched and if you try to kick them out, they cause a PROBLEM. So you have to shut them down.
