That's why I like tournaments that use lowest index in the last year. Tries to weed out some of the more obvious sandbaggers. Doesn't stop them all but it sure helps. The Myrtle Beach World Am does a great job of dealing with sandbagging. It can be pretty harsh but when the tournament has over 3000 players it has to be.
