He really seems like such a genuine guy who is going to be very transparent with you both positively and negatively ... and in my career and life those are always the people that you would go through a wall for.
I love when they were talking off the start about how it was lots of smiles and excitement in the press conference, and how Huska says you shouldn't have to change yourself.
I want people that are excited and show their emotions leading this team. Enough of the stone face and robots.

You could almost see him biting his tongue when Rhett was saying he didn't think Weegar was top 4 dman, and then really empahtically said that Weegar is a top 4 dman every day of the week when given his chance to respond.
Rhett was clueless there. Weegar got better as the season went on, but he was still good to start the year too. Just was having some shooting percentage issues.
