I think too we have to consider the human element. I was a top candidate for an internal hire recently and lost out to someone outside the department, same company, who had slightly more experience. I get to work with this person now when my work crosses over with their team. It's a little awkward inside knowing this. Therefore, I can see being Love being cool being an Assistant with another club rather than here.
