No, it's just way too busy. I've been through there on weekends, and you get families, with kids weaving all over, and people trying to get through in both directions. Close calls all the time. It's too narrow to pass and stay on your side of the pathway. Make it wider. This isn't hard. But oh no, we wouldn't want to spend some money on pathways! Heaven forbid.
