Some players are going to be leaving. Question is what will the Flames get back. Because the farm team doesn’t have a ton of players ready to step into impact roles.

I think you can fill all the holes pretty easily except Lindy and Hanifin.
For the rest, the Flames should just be looking for futures, prospects and young players. If someone is willing to buy aging UFA's off them, they need to do it.
Cap space is a weapon right now, especially with the cap only going up 1 million this season. I just look at what Bjorkstrand or Burns went for. Canucks might have to pay to move Garland for example. If you are able to offload the aging UFA's, I would be looking at taking advantage of the Flames cap flexibility to get cheap or even paid to take decent players.
