Sure, they're getting long in the tooth...but who are you going to replace them with.
Last season Toffoli seemed to score highest on the GAF meter and frankly, this team routinely falls completely apart in the absence of Tanev.
Definitely problematic, but I wouldnt be dismissive of it.

Good players but Hanifin plays on the top pair, Lindholm is our #1C and Backlund was the best 3rd line C in the NHL.
You with a #1 D depth down the middle.
Not taking a way from Toffoli he had a great year but we have guys in the systems that can be scorers.
Zadorov is a 3rd pairing D who makes glaring mistakes and Tanev is a warrior but he also put together with duct tape.
Like I said I'd like to trade them all minus Hanifin and get some assets but those are 3 core pieces walking.
