I don't think Huska fixes that or any other coach really. So I basically am hoping for maximum amount of turnover. Ironically, it seems keeping Sutter was the best way to achieve that. Part of the reason I was excited for Love is the same reason some seem excited for Huska. He has built relationships with what I see as the future of the team, not the past of the team.

My issue with Huska being a bit of the unknown is like Playfair, Ward and GlemG, they struggled to push buttons. GlenG was interviewed one time saying he asked Sutter how he got the players to play at high level, (because he didn't know). It is one thing to coach x and o's and another to motivate the team.
Seeing the young players all rally and play hard for Love is important. Young guys playing harder for him could work out as an advantage. Can Huska get the young guys to buy in along with the vets? If they were not going to choose Love I would rather they went with a more experienced winning coach. Hopefully we don’t see another Glen Gulutzan or Jeff Ward who struggled to get players motivated and then blamed it on them not playing the system.
If Huska doesn’t pan out we may still be discussing the ongoing saga with coaching hires that are still setting the team back. We wasted a lot of progress with good players Johnny, Tkachuk etc, because we couldn't get those coaching hires right.
