Honestly the offensive side is more about allowing your players to be creative and take chances not a lot you can teach on that side outside of points of attack and giving them the freedom.

The defensive structure and NZ is the most teaching you can teach that part of the game. Offensively it's allowing the talent and IQ to take over.
