If you look at Columbus, why not the Flames in a year? Step 1 is getting a top center prospect like Leo and adding a bunch of other assets.
Some can be traded later when the time is right?
Can't get a top pick by making hockey trades unless they are bad hockey trades.
Too much focus is put on the return for Lindholm vs how good Lindholm is. Not enough is put on what #1 CGY 24 could be.
