It should be Michkov and hope the limited viewings and hype are right and he will want to and can be in California sooner or play it safe with Will Smith. But Reinbacher at 4 would be something to behold.

In the end it's always tough to say because it only takes a GM falling in love with a player to make these lists mean nothing.
I recall people being shocked that Moritz Seider went ahead of Cozens, and Zegras in 2019.

At this point I'd probably still rather have Zegras than Seider...but Seider is probably in the top three behind Hughes and Zegras (IMO).
