Oh he is/was pissed off, as were the majority of PGA guys.
However, they are also resigned to the fact there is little they can do about it now.
Had Monahan at least kept guys in the loop that talks were even underway and players input would be considered, that feeling would be greatly subsided. There is still tremendous bitterness against the defectors as well.

Again though, not much players can truly do without becoming another version of LIV and playing on their own elsewhere.
