Cooper as well. The Crunch led the league and won the championship, then Cooper was promoted. Tampa finished with over 100 points in Cooper's first full season.

I’m not great with coaches names but I believe the oilers, avs, Seattle, ducks, leafs all hired AHL head coaches to take over their nhl clubs.
