That sort of hit can have an impact on games/series. I don't think Tkachuk did anything as impactful as THAT hit while he struggled here in the playoffs.
I don't envision some sort of Cory Sarich-hit rebound here tonight, but it was Tkachuk trying to push back.
All that said...so far this series looks painful for the Panthers. Don't seem to be able to keep up/execute.

It's not the hit.
It's his insistence on being in the middle of every scrum. Last game and this game. Last game the extra punches to Hague. Today he tries to get to Pietrangelo from behind after the ref had already pulled him away. That's why he got the 10 tonight and was kicked out last game.
He was picking his spots better round 1-3, but once the puck stop going in he overcompensates. It's funny because he's stayed away from it most of the time the last two regular seasons too and he's been elite.
I don't think they are going to intimidate these Knights physically like maybe they did some other teams.
