Guess we're listening to different sources. Overdrive, That's Hockey, Sportsnet Hockey Central (or whatever the pre game is called), pods such as The Athletic Hockey Show, Ray & Dregs and so on.
Not all Toronto necessarily, but a lot of where I heard it is. But not surprising that some media outlets/reporters would see it different.
But when I hear them gloss over what forced him to make that move, it bothers me.
