I went Calgary to Whistler on a single tank in our Outback, because it's fun to get to say you did so on things like hockey message boards years later.
It was totally worth taking the last steep climbs into Whistler at maximum anxiety levels as the gas light had flipped on. Would do it again for this post alone.
