Uhm, but they are still dead. That's the point, nothing was fixed, the problem was just pushed onto hospitals.
"Good news, we got here in time to save your life! Bad news, you are still gonna die when we drop you in this hallway with no one to check on you."
I shouldn't be surprised, but this is apparently the logic people use to vote for the UCP. And then people wonder why their intelligence is questioned.
