The greatest irony of Alberta, is all of these things you listed that make rural Alberta great, are socialist and communist ideals. A group of people working together toward common goals and helping each other along the way.
But when it comes to voting, they vote for parties that are against all of this and whose focus is on profit over people and the individual over the collective.
