NDP had 4 years, and got a cancer centre built, better than anything the PC's had done in the past.
Seriously though, if there is so much low hanging fruit, why haven't any PC or UCP governments of the past plucked it? Why will this time be different? If it was so easy, why not start there...20 years ago?
