I am saying simply I don't know anyone that works hard (full time job) and are poor. Do you? And if so where do they work and why are they in poverty?

I ask again: do you know any single mothers?
With respect to your question, the poverty line for a single person with children in Alberta is an income of ~$43,900/year. A person who earns minimum wage and works a full-time job earns ~$31,000/year. That's the math.
