Well as of right now they're 7th in OBP and the 24th fewest strike outs. So I am not sure they're that undisciplined. Hitting a baseball at 95 MPH is really hard, you're going to see strike outs. The real is issue lack of power. 14th in home runs, 10th in doubles. Not horrible. Not great.
