The UCP have contributed to the destruction of our healthcare system, and Smith has disdain for doctors and healthcare professionals. What in her and the UCP's past gives you this hopefulness? The privatization part? The war with doctors? The telling them "we tried listening to the experts, we aren't going to do that anymore" bit? The giving tax dollars to woo-woo practitioners? The rural ER and hospital closures? 15 hour wait times?
I think the feeling you are going to experience is known as regret.
