I legitimately don't know which one is supposed to be which.
I assume the first is the UCP pseudo libertarians who believe government money is always bad except when they are collecting it personally, and the second is the ANDP who represents a left that can't stop tripping over their own semi-baked ideas.
But I could see how the common rhetoric would cause to the assign the first one to the ANDP.
