You talk about Danielle Smith being forced out as a positive. Assuming you are a moderate Conservative, based on your comments, who doesn't like the way Smith has taken the party further to the right than you would support I am not sure why Smith being removed and likely being replaced by a candidate that is even further down that path but with less PR flubs is something that will benefit you. The UCP party is not turning back towards the middle. The people behind the party don't want it, the fools left supporting it don't want it.
But i am sure that if they lose, and even if they win, they will make a move, the new leader will have just as bad if not worse views and people will continue to make excuses to justify their terrible policies.
