Well, he was whisked away with no charges, and there was a semi-conscious Ukrainian woman in his room who claimed that another guy took her passport.
Then you have the situation with Panarin- I think it stemmed from him criticizing Putin or something, but they came out with a bunch of false stories about women he assaulted.
