If Lindholm for the 3rd is on the table, you bend things to make it happen.

I don't think that's a realistic expectation, regardless of who is reporting it.

I do think asking for Sillinger + 22nd + _____ is still extremely reasonable. And I like that the beat writer for columbus is as interested as a 3rd overall pick- that does make it more likely IMO that the club is extremely interested in the player.

Still think Sillinger + Marchenko + 22nd would be excellent and is much more reasonable than expecting the 3rd overall. Then draft another forward and a d with 16 and 22.

Then you also have a bunch of solid pieces that you can also move to pivot different directions.
