8th pick traded for Carter - 2011
9th pick traded for OEL/Garland - 2021
9th pick traded for Schneider (as mentioned) - 2013
7th pick traded for Debrincat - 2022
Not getting into the top 7 it seems but teams have moved picks in the 8-9 range in the past. It happened 3 years in a row 2011-2013 and 10 years later it can happen 3 times in a row if it occurs this year.
