And they will likely never hit those levels again. The industry lost a lot of capacity due to rust out, personnel shortages, and moving rigs to the US. None of that is changing any time soon.

I got one project on hold for the election, others delayed from the fires.
The rigs that moved will never come back, there is too much work in the states to consider Alberta again. I'd imagine stricter regulations are coming if we look to hit the net-zero by 2035 plan, which might stymy some prospective projects as well.
