I'm trying, guys. I'm trying to take the bus more often, even though I could just drive. But I have to get to work, and if you just for no reason decide to not show up - not just arrive late, but don't send a bus at all - it makes it basically impossible to consider transit a viable option. Their Twitter for a while was actually being somewhat helpful and responsive but now every reply is pretty much call 262-1000 option 3. Or they'll claim a scheduled time, you'll show them that's not what the schedule says and they give up. I know they can't resolve everything via Twitter but just seems lazy to pawn it off like that.
