Not taking anything away from Tkachuk. He is probably the second best choice for the Conn Smyth at the moment.
However, if Tkachuk and Hintz were switched and Tkachuk was down 2-0 in a series because his goaltender was inferior to Bob we would hardly be talking about him to be honest.
These Bob numbers are historical and more impressive than Tkachuks 1.26 PPG as impressive as those numbers are.
Get into the playoffs with your goaltender red hot, you have a chance at winning the stanley cup. That is my only point.
